Birch Forest Farm is a small father and son operation 10 miles east of Mille Lacs Lake. We’re looking to remain a small farm with a primary focus of improving soil health while also providing quality food. We employ permaculture methodology along with using key concepts from holistic management to ensure our impact on the land regenerates the soil and helps increase the soil carbon content over time.
